Well here we go!
I came back to Norris on Monday June 2nd for my last round of treatment, and so far it's going by quick. I will be done with the chemo on Saturday morning and then the waiting game begins as usual.
I'm usually in for about 22 days so let the count down begin. I'm so excited about this last visit but also very emotional and overwhelmed. This place has been my home away from home and everyone here has been so supportive and loving towards me. What's next for me? Only The Lord knows and I'm still taking this journey step by step, day by day as He gently reminds me that He is in charge.
I know that he has a plan for my life outside of here and cancer free or what they say "complete remission". Praise The Lord what a trip huh? He is an amazing God!
I will have to come and do blood drawn once a month for a bit and then every 3 months and so on and after 3/5 years if everything is clear I will be considered healed.YAY!!!
Well I'm off to bed I will continue this visits as the days get closer to leaving.
